Being a messenger. Pissing in Helsinki Harbor. Some rockabilly.

I was a bike messenger in San Francisco for a few years. After that I had a long career in radio; biking around The City was more fun. Except for the accidents. Broke my collarbone twice, broke my cheekbone, had a major concussion and post consussion something. Syndrome? Can't remember, 40 years ago. So then I went into radio for 25 years after that. Then I saw this picture.

JD McPherson - North Side Girl - rockabilly (I think) from 2010:

8.5 meters tall. Helsinki, Finland. Taking a leak, The artist is Tommi Toija. I like this a lot. I want one at the public pool across the street. Google him for some amazing sculptures.

Click Here to link to a short excerpt from James Joyce's DUBLINERS. It's a fun read.

Until next time, I'll be here. I'm a hermit; I'm always here. That's the way it works.

Adios,
James
